Located close to Earls Court station, this hotel is conveniently situated for easy access to public transport. The rooms are clean and roomy, with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served in a beautiful room with skylights. The hotel's location on a quiet street offers a peaceful atmosphere.
Some guests during my stay were disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

Comfortable bed, powerful shower, friendly staff, great location. The staff could have been more helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was a bit small. But overall, I had a pleasant stay in a nice area. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was really close to Earls Court tube station, which made it convenient for exploring the city. Despite being so close to transportation, it was surprisingly quiet. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, close to museums, Kensington Palace, and Portobello Road. Room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable amenities. Helpful and friendly staff, provided good restaurant recommendations.
Misleading rating, as there are different properties under the same hotel name in walking distance to the main reception. Inconsistent room experience, some rooms were in a different location and had thin walls.

This place has an amazing location on a quiet square near a main street with easy access to transportation to get around the city. It's in a safe area with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. The service here is exceptional with many in-room amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a free toiletries. The staff is friendly and very helpful which is a great addition to the leisure garden area and facilities.
I would highly recommend this venue to friends and family.

The room was beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The spacious bathroom in my suite was impressive. The included breakfast offered high-quality items. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were kind and always had a smile. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The location was great, with comfortable amenities and a pleasant ambiance.
Felt like family, no reason to complain.
